Our United Way partners with an abundance of agencies in order to provide quality services for our county. These partners allow us to reach people of all ages and cultures, while focusing in on their most essential needs. We are able to support programs, families, and individuals through a variety of avenues to bring enrichment and change to the lives of our citizens. See our partnering agencies below:

Local Disaster Relief Program
Family Abuse Center
Rural Domestic Violence Program
Navarro County Emergency Response and Readiness: Delivers humanitarian aid and financial assistance to families who have lost everything due to home fires, tornadoes, floods, and other disasters..
Rural Advocacy Program: Serves Navarro County and five other rural counties with case management, legal advocacy, community education, counseling and emergency shelter. They also provide a 24-hour hotline, case management, legal advocacy, counseling, and safety planning.

After School Program
Tutoring & Mentoring: Targets at-risk youth to build good citizens through tutoring students in grades 3-12, and provide everyday leadership guidance.

Camp of the Rising Sun
Summer Camp: Provides a camp experience for special needs children with an emphasis on positive experiences within a nurturing and educational environment.
Meals on Wheels of North Central Texas
Navarro County Meals on Wheels: Provides hot meals delivered by volunteers each weekday for home bound, qualified citizens. Daily wellness checks are also provided to reduce the risk of being institutionalized.
Child Advocacy Center
CASA: A program that advocates for abused or neglected children in Navarro County (Court Appointed Special Advocates). The program is state and nationally recognized for the unique services and resources it brings to children.

Child Advocacy Center (CAC): Provides a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach to the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse in Navarro County.

Youth Sports
Day Camp
After School Programs/Summer Camps/Youth Sports/Mentoring: Puts Christian principles in practice through programs to build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all through youth sports, day camps, after-school programs, and first aid, referee and life guard training. Scholarships available; partial to full youth scholarships are available to any individual or family that cannot afford a membership.
Christmas in Action
Home Repair & Renovation: Volunteers repair sub-standard homes, including the cost of materials and supplies for elderly and disadvantaged home owners, allowing them to remain in their homes in environmentally safe, more comfortable living conditions.

Angel Tree "forgotten angels" assistance program
Compassion Corsicana
Family Service Program: Meets indigent needs through free clothing, housing and utility assistance, medical and dental assistance, back to school supplies and free prescription drugs through patient assistance program.

Food Pantry: Provides immediate food assistance to families in need on a referral basis and coordinates with other agencies to fill the gap while families are underemployed or await other assistance.
